As a Graduate Computer Science Associate, you will work closely with our development, data, and IT teams to support the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in real-world applications and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of web and/or mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new feature implementation and bug fixes
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging
• Assist with database management and system integration
• Contribute to the improvement of internal systems and tools
• Participate in agile development processes (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning)
• Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with web development frameworks or tools (React, Node.js, etc. is a plus)
• Understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and data structures
• Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in English and German
