Schritt 1: Bewerbungsprozess trainieren

Die Anmeldung zum talente.programm ist bereits wie ein Bewerbungsprozess gestaltet, und bietet dir ein praktisches „Learning by Doing“ auf neutralem Boden inklusive moderner Videobewerbung. In einem ersten Schritt lädst du deinen Lebenslauf und ein aktuelles Sammelzeugnis hoch. Darüber hinaus beantwortest du uns im Fragebogen deine Interessen und gibst uns detaillierte Einblicke zu deiner Person. 

Beim gemeinsamen Kick-Off bekommst du Informationen zum organisatorischen Ablauf und nimmst an einem spannenden Bewerbungstraining mit unseren HR-Expert*innen teil.

Schritt 2: Arbeitgeber*innen kennenlernen

Beim OPENING lernst du die teilnehmenden Unternehmen im Rahmen eines „Schachdialoges“ kennen. Du lernst zwei der teilnehmenden Unternehmen kennen und entscheidest dich, bei welchem dieser Unternehmen du die Company Days verbringen wirst.

Wie der Schachdialog funktioniert, erfährst du im nachstehenden Video und du bekommst eine detaillierte Einschulung im Kick Off – keine Sorge, du musst nicht Schach spielen können! Der Schachdialog dient vor allem den Studierenden, denn der Rede-Antwort-Anteil wird hier auf Studierende und Unternehmen gleich aufgeteilt.

Somit lernst du die Unternehmen in keinem klassischen Bewerbungsgespräch kennen! Denn auch deine Gesprächspartner*innen werden direkt aus den Fachbereichen sein und können dir somit aus eigener Erfahrung wertvolle Einblicke in das Unternehmen geben. 

Schritt 3: Schau hinter die Kulissen

Bei den Company Days verbringst du 2 Tage in einem der teilnehmenden Unternehmen und erhältst Einblicke in den Arbeitsalltag vor Ort und kannst direkt fachliche Insights erhalten!

Schritt 4: Closing - Abschlussveranstaltung 

Bei einem gemeinsamen Abschluss teilen Studierende und Unternehmen im Rahmen eines Netzwerkabends ihre Erlebnisse anhand von Gruppenpräsentationen.

Zur Vorbereitung auf die Abschlussveranstaltung wird jede Gruppe ein Präsentationstraining besuchen (Dauer: 1h pro Unternehmensgruppe).
