Product Manager, Packaging & User Experience (m/f/d)

Our Product Management Department is responsible for defining the product system strategy, managing the systems portfolio, and overseeing the entire product life cycle. In addition, we define customer requirements to ensure that MED-EL products are continuously aligned with user needs and market demands.

Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for the development of product packaging and demo materials for MED EL hearing solutions, as well as lifecycle management of the entire portfolio
  • Develop design strategies, concepts and prototypes to create an outstanding first-use-experience and clearly communicate product benefits
  • Act as owner and project lead for demo material development
  • Create compelling unboxing experiences; manage packaging projects end to end while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, product safety standards, and timelines
  • Work closely with users, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to enable customer‑centric product design

Your Profile

  • Bachelor´s degree or higher (University, FH) and hands-on experience in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related fields with strong practical focus
  • Customer-focused and open-minded personality with excellent communication skills and a proactive working style
  • Experience in product and project management, user-centric design, product development and launch activities is an advantage
  • Interest in agile methodologies and design thinking approaches; advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47,810.14.
