Responsibilities:

Identify, design and implement AI-supported solutions and process automation for project development, construction, operations and asset management.

Work closely with departments and country teams to digitize recurring workflows, improve data quality and create scalable solutions for project pipelines, approvals, reporting and portfolio management.

Support the modernization and integration of business applications, data platforms and automation tools that enable efficient collaboration across our assets and markets.

Analyze operational and project-related processes, identify bottlenecks and translate business requirements into practical digital tools, dashboards or AI-assisted workflows.

Contribute to data-driven decision-making by supporting analyses related to projects, portfolio performance, market information and internal process improvements.

Qualifications:

Currently studying Business Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a comparable degree

Proactive, flexible and entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong drive to create tangible value in real business settings.

Practical experience in at least one relevant technical area, such as automation tools including n8n, Make or Zapier; AI/ML applications including MS CoPilot, Claude or OpenAI; Python/SQL; or ERP/CRM systems.

Hands-on mentality and ability to translate between technology and day-to-day business needs.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex data and unstructured problems into clear recommendations for action.

English written and spoken on a native level, any other language is a plus
