Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, qualitymanagement or a related field, or completed technical education with professional experience in quality management
- Knowledge of products and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of automotive quality tools and methods (FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D report)
- Sound digital skills and the ability to systematically collect and evaluate data, create reports and present information in a clear way
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure coordination with suppliers and internal teams
- Very good German and sound English skills, both written and spoken
Advantegeous:
- Additional training in the field of quality management (e.g. Internal Auditor Certificate , ASQ Certification for Quality Engineers)
- Knowledge of quality standards and systems in the automotive sector (e.g. IATF16949 and VDA 6.3)
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing quality engineering, including project management and collaboration with customers and suppliers
Responsibilities
- Internal and external contact point for all quality-related issues (Complaint management, audit management, etc.)
- Support of quality planning processes and quality procedures to control and maintain established product quality standards
- Support with internal quality issues and compliance with the customer's quality objectives, initiation and follow-up of corrective and preventive measures
- Independent identification of problems and proactive solution finding with the involvement of internal stakeholders
- Planning and preparation of sampling documents and submission to the customer as part of change management
- Recording, evaluation and maintenance of quality key figures (process and costs)
