- Development of project management templates and specifications for line construction projects
- Cross-project cost and resource planning for line construction projects
- Preparation of technical reports and submission documents
- Preparation of technical specifications and service specifications
- Technical tender planning for overhead line components and installation tenders
- Technical evaluation of bids and cost comparison
- Coordination of external companies and network groups in the implementation of measures
- Project management
- Preparation of documentation
